​Suited to all skill levels, our classes help Grade 4 and 5 children continue developing their gymnastics skills while building strength, focus, and confidence.

As they grow, children may show varying levels of physical and emotional maturity and can sometimes be clumsy due to growth spurts - but their hand-eye coordination is improving quickly. Our activities focus on:

• Engaging both sides of the body and improving strength in the less dominant side

• Building focus, memory, and determination

• Encouraging positive self-talk and resilience
   

These skills go beyond gymnastics, helping children succeed in school, other sports, social situations, and everyday life... all while having fun in a safe, supportive environment.
